# How to Download Data to Excel or PDF

## You can download any data set from the TrendPulse module as an Excel spreadsheet or PDF.

**Step by Step Overview: Downloading Data to Excel in TrendPulse**

Once you’ve made your Trend Category, Gender, and/or Trend Type selections, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of TrendPulse and choose either Download to Excel or Save as PDF.

A pop-up will appear where you can enter an optional file name, then select Confirm to export.

Once you confirm, a notification will appear in the top-left corner of the platform. Look for the bell icon with a red notification badge. Please note that it may take a few minutes for your export to generate.

You will also receive an email notification that will look similar to this:
